First some useful sites. Hmm Lets see... Well there is the main site The Perl Institute. Which houses the perl archive and CPAN (Comprehensive Perl Archive Network). Then there is The Perl Journal a great journal. Then there are various sites with cgi libraries of perl. This is actally one of the quicker ways to learn it.
